Oh so easy Red Velvet Cookies.
Just in time for Valentine's Day.
I made this recipe up as I went along.
I'm sure I'm not the first to come up with this.
4 simple ingredients:
2 eggs
1 stick of melted butter
1-12 oz. bag of Nestles white chips
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Drop by rounded teaspoon full onto cookie sheet. Makes 2 dozen.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Cool, remove from pan to cooling rack.
When completely cool, arrange them on a pretty Valentine plate,
eating them as you go merrily along.
Keep telling yourself you will work them off later
on the treadmill.
Tell yourself they're worth it.
They are.

These will be beautiful for Valentine's Day dinner.
